The market was competitive, and trends in ad creative were constantly changing. As one of the lead designers, I led creative direction and production. I was responsible for guiding a team to develop visually compelling and effective ads, either by enhancing top-performing assets or creating new concepts from scratch, while ensuring they resonated with the target audience.
