THE CHALLENGE
SparkLabs had recently undergone a rebrand. To maintain consistency, the team needed all marketing materials and templates updated to align with the new brand identity. My responsibility was to refresh the marketing one-pagers used for client pitches and create reusable templates for the design team. The goal was to ensure a cohesive brand look while making the templates more efficient and user-friendly.

I redesigned the existing one-pagers by updating the color palette, enhancing visuals, and refining data to reflect the most accurate insights. I also introduced design elements that sparked curiosity and made the ad images clickable so the clients may view the actual ad.

For the templates, I rebuilt them to be a drag-and-drop friendly inDesign file, ensuring any correctly sized image would auto-fit into frames. I also developed a custom icon library to support clearer visual storytelling. The template is available in both portrait and horizontal orientations. For any troubleshooting tips and best practices for the team, I documented instructions on a Confluence page.

The refreshed one-pagers contributed to a 30% increase in new client acquisitions, and the business development team found them invaluable for pitching SparkLabs effectively. Internally, the design team reported that the new templates significantly sped up the creation of client decks. They also praised the ease of use, clear documentation, and the drag-and-drop feature, which made the process much more efficient.
